SVP, Director of Digital Platforms
Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a SVP, Director of Digital Platforms for a direct hire opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

• Establish plans, schedules, and budgets, assign project resources, report progress, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Guide and partner with digital platforms engineer(s), product manager, and other IT department professionals on issues surrounding reliable performance of applications.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of the internal and external environment including customer met/unmet digital needs through research efforts and in-depth understanding of industry trends, vendor/platform capabilities and best practices for servicing the digital needs of our customers.
• Present data, strategies, and recommendations to executive management to build partnership for strategic recommendations.
• Understand and manage application health.
• Oversee and analyze channel activity reporting and monitor anticipated activity. Identify trends, offer insights, and translate activity findings into recommendations and action plans that enable and support decision making.
• Serve as, or supply, primary business point of contact for implementation activities and work closely across LOBs and departments with key constituents to meet scheduled milestones.
• Prioritize product requirements and coordinate release plans with IT and key constituents.
• Execute documentation and change management protocols, using industry best practices and standards, to ensure system uptime, performance, and effectiveness goals are met.

Qualifications:

• Ability to effectively prioritize and work effectively on multiple simultaneous tasks and provide quality deliverables on schedule in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to plan, organize, and monitor work.
• Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users.
• Demonstrated strong experience collaborating with non-IT and executive stakeholders for implementing IT solutions.
• 7+ years’ of experience as a Digital Platforms Engineer or equivalent role.
• Prior management experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field required.
