Digital Business Analyst

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Digital Business Analyst for a contract to hire opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and identify opportunity areas.
  • Develop and provide reporting to improve processes and user experience.
  • Good understanding of business requirements, processes, and systems that online and mobile banking rely upon.
  • Facilitate conversations that result in the creation and understanding of user stories and requirements.
  • Support processes around testing and configuration changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study or equivalent experience.
  • Familiar with online and mobile banking.
  • Problem-solving skills and solution oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to manage project duties and hold others accountable.
  • Ability to balance workload and meet internal / external deadlines.
  • Business Analyst, Financial Services, online / mobile or user acceptance testing experience preferred.
