Reporting Analyst – Sr.

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Reporting Analyst – Sr. for a contract opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

  • Create reporting deliverables for multiple audiences including the Board of Directors, the CEO, technology leaders, and external regulators
  • Develop outputs that are factually accurate, action-oriented, and visually compelling in order to provide an ongoing understanding of progress across the enterprise
  • Partner across the organization to define quantitative KPIs to measure project delivery health
  • Collaborate with internal teams to setup and consistently optimize processes that enable the identification and aggregation of reporting inputs in a streamlined and repeatable manner

Qualifications:

  • Technology domain knowledge, experience in financial services, and/or experience in a highly regulated industry.
  • Ability to anticipate and proactively address the needs of executive-level audiences.
  • Ability to translate technical language into communications that are clear, relevant and meaningful to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use data to tell a story.
  • High standards for accuracy and consistency.
  • Experience with G-Suite applications with emphasis on Google Slides and Google Sheets.
  • MBA or similar degree.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years in presentation design and development.
  • Proficiency with the visual display of quantitative information.
