Contact Center Representative

Lewis James Professional is looking for a Contact Center Representative for an onsite position in the Corporate Security call center. 

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am and weekend.
  • Respond to alerts related to Banking Centers, Alarms, Video and Badge security breaches.
  • Actively listen to callers with time sensitive corporate security alerts and address issues in a timely matter.
  • Work with callers to investigate the best solution(s) for their situation
  • Display exceptional relationship building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of similar or related experience, call center operations or banking experience preferred
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow-through
  • Intermediate level computer skills to include Microsoft Office 365
