Contact Center Representative
Lewis James Professional is looking for a Contact Center Representative for an onsite position in the Corporate Security call center.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am and weekend.
- Respond to alerts related to Banking Centers, Alarms, Video and Badge security breaches.
- Actively listen to callers with time sensitive corporate security alerts and address issues in a timely matter.
- Work with callers to investigate the best solution(s) for their situation
- Display exceptional relationship building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of similar or related experience, call center operations or banking experience preferred
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow-through
- Intermediate level computer skills to include Microsoft Office 365
