Actimize Implementation Analyst

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking an Actimize Implementation Analyst for a contract opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with implementation including user acceptance planning, execution, and support the deployment team in post- production validation activities.
  • Primary stakeholder of the Actimize/AML project documentation, project plans, and coordinate testing. 
  • Update, implement, and maintain all the Actimize documentation
  • Create workflow and system interface diagrams, analyze wireframes, and use cases.
  • Prepare status reports, meeting agendas/minutes, review timelines, and document pain points.
  • Serve as liaison between Management, project sponsors and stake holders, business users and IT teams.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Working knowledge of KYC, Sanctions, and compliance domain knowledge with working experience in finance
  • Strong understanding of BSA/AML business requirements and ability to document functional requirements following Actimize platform process flow and lead requirement analysis
  • Good understanding of different modules of Actimize solution like SAM, CDD, RCM designer, ActOne and DART.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook & SQL.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
