Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity with a financial services client.
- Use the Oracle system and communicating via email and phone to follow up/track invoices to determine the reason for approval/rejections and ensuring proper payment (pushing the process forward).
- Receive deliveries and shipments, greeting guests at the front desk
- Provide administrative support on other special or reoccurring projects as needed
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- High School or Equivalent.
- Excellent telephone and messaging skills.
- Strong written, oral, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
