Business Project Manager

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Business Project Manager for a contract opportunity with a financial service client.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Brand Conversion leads and Line of Business Marketing Managers to execute brand conversion
  • Execute project requests into projects in Workfront
  • Review creative briefs and determine if all information is included to start project, engage with the creative agency to kick off project
  • Review and manage marketing material changes and approvals between the Marketing Managers and creative agencies (i.e. check for adherence to brand guidelines, check that all feedback and agreed upon changes have been made)
  • Submit materials for Brand review and coordinate approvals or changes from the Brand Team
  • Facilitate follow-ups for reviews and approvals (manage the escalation path)
  • Prepare print submission documentation and coordinate production with Print Production Department
  • Update project progress in Workfront and Smart Sheets
  • Attend weekly status meetings and provide project updates
  • Create and track metrics; create and maintain multiple reports (by Line of Business partner, weekly status, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years project management experience ideally working with creative agencies and/or print production,
  • Proficient in Workfront and Excel or Smartsheets, able to coordinate and track up to 20 – 50+ projects/marketing assets simultaneously
  • Financial services or wealth/investment marketing experience, preferred
