Customer Service Specialist

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a contract opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of fields with information from the check and/or supporting document images to the right of the blank fields.
  • Complete Auto Posting.
  • Route CWS cases to applicable workgroup.
  • Nightly balancing of check deposits from payments applied.
  • Branch capture processing to deposit checks into internal DDA.
  • Review outgoing mail items for accuracy prior to mailing.
  • Pull Checks from our check inventory to hand off to teammates for nightly balancing.
  • Assist with mail prep/scanning.

Qualifications:

  • High School or Equivalent.
  • Data Entry skills: Ability to extract data from client personal check into workflow tools.
  • Basic computer skills within Microsoft.
  • Great communication skills.
