Flexible Benefits Administrator I

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Flexible Benefits Administrator I for a contract opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Flexible Benefits call center during peak season providing customer service to participants.
  • Help maintain acceptable service levels with emails, substantiation, voicemail transcription and some phone duties.
  • Respond to inquiries on phone calls and email communication.
  • Adjudication of debit card transactions.

 

Qualifications:

  • High School or Equivalent.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Computer/Data Entry.
  • Office Clerical Skills.
