Fraud Monitoring Process Consultant

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Fraud Monitoring Process Consultant for a contract hire opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify risk exposure associated with fraud trends.
  • Review key fraud performance metrics and recommend strategic means to minimize risk exposure and improve member experience.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to serve as client advocate for fraud and risk items and special projects or mitigations
  • Conduct business and process reviews to identify gaps or ineffective fraud protections.
  • Provide input into the development, implementation, and documentation of innovative fraud prevention strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
  • Strong data and analytics capabilities.
  • Experience in product management, finance, consulting and strategy development.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, and Excel.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
