Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Head of Digital Customer Experience for a direct hire opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business, technology, and marketing leaders to design and execute our digital strategy for our Credit Card, Retail Finance, and Online Banking businesses.
  • Redesign and rebuild our existing mobile app and online experience. 
  • Responsible for driving improvement in overall business performance and delivering simple, delightful customer experiences. 
  • Demonstrate and/or quickly develop a fully informed view of our market (e.g. economics, competition, customer base and expectations, digital trends, etc.) to continually inform our digital strategy and experiences. 
  • Identify and execute business opportunities that deliver on the bottom line and are driven by technology.
  • Educate the organization on emerging digital trends, opportunities, competitive threats, and new technologies.
  • Collaborate with the product, marketing, and technology teams to ensure product and technology roadmaps are aligned with the overall digital strategy and broader business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience with direct responsibility for delivering digital strategies.
  • Extensive experience in consumer-facing industries, with banking, lending, payments, or fintech preferred.
  • Expertise in Digital, e-commerce, and new product design.
  • Experience with creating a strategic vision and roadmap for digital experience transformation.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills.
