HR Coordinator

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a HR Coordinator for a contract opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-touch support to Recruiters and Hiring Managers through coordination of video and in-person interviews
  • Initiate and coordinate complex travel scheduling and candidate travel reimbursements
  • Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Follow developed HRC processes
  • Participate in HRC team meetings and Recruiter meetings for more integrated partnerships for the duration of the hiring initiative.
  • Efficiently execute daily time-sensitive tasks and requests in addition to maintaining ongoing projects and processes in a timely and proficient manner.
  • Handle highly sensitive data and ensure confidentiality of material, correspondence and data.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
