Human Resources Manager

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager for a Direct Hire opportunity with a financial services client.   

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the human capital necessary to support the achievement of financial, compliance and strategic goals
  • Anticipate and address talent needs through strategic recruiting, staffing and training
  • Respond to Human Resource issues as they arise
  • Manage the annual compensation process for the company
  • Liaise and develop relationships with organizational counterparts in communications and change management
  • Handle performance management and the talent review process ensuring the continuous supply, development and retention of top talent

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with a major concentration in a business-related field
  • 8+ years of experience in a HR role and 5+ years proven leadership, managing, and coaching experience
  • Experience with cultural transformation and change management preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
