Loan Operations Processor

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Loan Operations Processor for a contract opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper preparation of collateral lien release documents within the required SLA time frame.
  • Process Consumer and Commercial Paid Loan and Integrity Reports.
  • Handle consumer and commercial legacy loan release requests.
  • Accurate placement of collateral release documents in ARX imaging system.
  • Process consumer and commercial collateral lien perfection documents within the required SLA time frame.
  • Communicate with Third Party vendors.
  • Liaise with internal customers to ensure all collateral documents are accurate for lien placement.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with 2 – 5 years of experience in lending or related field required.
  • College degree with Loan – Consumer and/or Commercial experience, or experience working with or identifying loan documents.
  • General banking products or lending knowledge.
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
