Mail Clerk

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Mail Clerk for a contract opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail to respective people/departments.
  • Retrieve and send outgoing mail from internal departments.
  • Prepare letters and envelopes for mailings; including folding, stuffing and addressing.
  • Prepare and process packages for courier/shipping.
  • Reconcile postage and courier invoices, investigating discrepancies.

 

Qualifications:

  • High School or Equivalent.
  • Experience with Excel and Google Sheets required.
