Mortgage Loan Processor

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor for a contract opportunity with a financial service client.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily reporting.
  • Perform random testing of known excluded parties to ensure they are captured by the Exclusionary Database.
  • Perform control testing and associated documentation.
  • Updating, submitting for publication, and placement for usage in the ED application
  • Assist with Exclusionary Database Searches as needed
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, internal and external clients/business partners, and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office. software products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
