Sales Assistant

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant for a contract opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs a variety of clerical and administrative activities to support sales staff to ensure the smooth flow of information and follow up for existing and prospective customers
  • Process sales leads and assure leads are directed to the appropriate staff member
  • Assure timely delivery of sales materials

Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple sellers at the same time
  • Demonstrate organizational skills
  • Ability to learn the process of recognizing vital details
  • Willingness to enhance basic time management skills
