Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Sales Support Consultant for a contract opportunity with a financial services client.
Responsibilities:
- Provide account support, analysis, complex issue resolution, quality enhancement, and subject matter expertise as it relates to the onboarding process.
- Handle account support by executing account maintenance and client configuration requests.
- Audit all cases to ensure quality and accuracy of data provided to downstream teams.
- Analyze complex and diverse issues/client data.
- Serve as liaison between operational staff and client relations group.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of sales support and/or customer service experience.
- Experience in Salesforce, Google Suite, Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
