Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Sales Support Consultant for a contract opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide account support, analysis, complex issue resolution, quality enhancement, and subject matter expertise as it relates to the onboarding process.
  • Handle account support by executing account maintenance and client configuration requests.
  • Audit all cases to ensure quality and accuracy of data provided to downstream teams.
  • Analyze complex and diverse issues/client data.
  • Serve as liaison between operational staff and client relations group.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of sales support and/or customer service experience.
  • Experience in Salesforce, Google Suite, Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
