                                                                                                                                                                                Senior Treasury Solutions Sales Officer
Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Senior Treasury Solutions Sales Officer for a direct hire opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales plans, develops strong partnerships and collaborates with lines of business and other internal partners to identify and drive customer and prospect sales opportunities to achieve/exceed deposit and portfolio growth objectives.
  • Foster relationships with Relationship Managers, Customer Support team and Product partners to collaborate on opportunities and engage in strategic customer planning.
  • Develop sales proposals and pricing proformas for prospective and existing customers to further develop and strengthen business relationships.
  • Proactively review assigned customer base and identifies deposit and treasury management services solutions and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and completes the sale.
  • Responsible for accurate reporting of sales pipeline, sales effort progression, and sales revenue.
  • Prepare contracts and implementation documentation, in accordance with all account opening, account ownership verification and treasury management services set-up processes.
  • Review and check documents for completeness, accuracy and conformance with applicable rules/regulations and procedural requirements.
Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree is required. MBA or advanced degree is desirable.
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in a treasury management/commercial banking sales role, with proven success.
  • Strong knowledge of a wide array of Treasury Management products, common industry software, and bank operations.
  • CTP or other financial industry certifications preferred.
  • Basic understanding of financial statement analysis and loan structuring.
  • Demonstrated understanding of payments systems with advanced technical Treasury Management competencies. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
