Sterling Capital Marketing Analyst Temp

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Sterling Capital Marketing Analyst Temp for a contract opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, design and update presentation materials and other marketing collateral in Seismic Content Management System (CMS).
  • Utilize brand-approved templates for all presentations and ensure standards are applied accurately.
  • Update standard fund and strategy presentations, utilizing product data and statistics.
  • Work closely and respectfully with compliance and marketing colleagues to ensure presentations are compliant and meet guidelines (FINRA, SEC, GIPS, and others as required).
  • Create accurate and visually compelling Excel charts based on data provided from a variety of sources for use in presentation materials.
  • Adhere to established processes to ensure accurate maintenance of files in Seismic CMS.
  • Ensure that all materials are peer reviewed by marketing teammates, adhering to style standards, compliance rules, data/content accuracy and client-specific requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Advanced Excel user who is comfortable working with large sets of complex data to create and maintain charts and tables in PowerPoint.
  • Expert PowerPoint user.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
