TM Customer Onboarding Rep

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a TM Customer Onboarding Rep for a contract opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with local branch to ensure accounts are open in a timely manner and as specified.
  • Contacts new customers and coaches them through initial set-up for DDA, wires and TM Services.
  • Coordinate on-line product training with TM Sales representatives
  • Work with Product Management/IT to ensure that direct file transmissions are implemented in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Conduct constant follow-up with front-line Bankers and TM Sales representatives upon completion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One year of Treasury Management or related experience.
  • Working knowledge of Treasury Management applications, products and services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills demonstrating a high degree of sensitivity to customer concerns
  • Proficiency using and understanding banking systems and applications.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office software products.
