Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Admin for a consultant opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

• Administer ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) solutions.
• Develop test scripts while supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure platform functionality and performance.
• Manage ServiceNow user roles, groups, access, and licensing to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with business, technology, risk, audit, and vendor teams.
• Maintain enterprise taxonomy, hierarchy structures, and governance standards.
• Develop and maintain policies, standards, charters, and governance documentation related to IRM and BCM programs.

 
Qualifications:

• Proven experience with ServiceNow performance analytics within the IRM or BCM space.
• Banking or financial services experience required.
• Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), operational risk management, and business continuity management principles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic-thinking abilities with an understanding of end-to-end business processes.
• Excellent written, verbal, and Senior manager-level communication skills.
