Data Entry Analyst

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Data Entry Analyst for a consulting opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

• Enter new engagements and significant change requests into Archer.
• Review submitted documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to data entry.
• Maintain and update records in accordance with established bank procedures.
• Track and validate data using basic Excel spreadsheets.
• Support risk, compliance, procurement, and vendor management teams by ensuring timely and accurate record maintenance.
• Assist with data quality reviews and remediation efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Ability to handle sensitive business information with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prior experience with Archer is not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Previous experience in administrative support, operations, data entry, banking, or risk management environments is a plus but not required.
