Reconciliation Specialist

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Reconciliation Specialist for a contract opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete assigned reconcilements according to standard operating procedures.
  • Perform research to resolve all reconcilement differences or issues.
  • Track, document and organize all open items.  
  • Escalate unresolved or complicated reconcilement items to senior team members. 
  • Provide support for internal audits and other special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Must provide own computer / equipment.
  • 2 or more years of bookkeeping, banking, and/or financial services experience required.
  • Accounting skills.
  • Microsoft Office
