Manager, Deposit Products

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Manager, Deposit Products for a direct hire opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

• Partners with the product team to explore, define, and execute sales strategies aimed at uncovering opportunities to achieve business objectives.
• Oversees the creation and delivery of reports for management use.
• Designs and facilitates training sessions related to products and promotional campaigns, as needed.
• Maintains and updates team documentation, including pricing guides, product comparison tools, and related materials.
• Monitors product performance and trends, sharing insights through dashboards and reporting tools, as assigned.
• Supports the development of presentations for product management purposes.
• Provides administrative support by researching and resolving product-related service or quality concerns raised by customers or internal stakeholders.
• Works cross-functionally with departments such as Marketing, Training, Operations, and IT to support the launch of new products or product improvements.
• Leads designated special projects and initiatives as directed by the Director of Deposit and Product Management.
• Helps oversee and manage designated teams or individual contributors in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Participates in interviewing and selecting candidates for open positions.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new employees.
• Plans, delegates, and monitors daily work assignments.
• Evaluates employee performance and contributes to performance reviews.
• Recommends adjustments to employee compensation as appropriate.
• Supports disciplinary actions when necessary in alignment with HR guidance.
• Responds to employee concerns and helps resolve workplace issues or conflicts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (four-year college).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
