Loan Transaction Maintenance Specialist

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Loan Transaction Maintenance Specialist for a contract hire opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

• Process daily commercial and consumer nonresidential transactions and loan maintenance requests.
• Monitor, process, and respond to SCRA (Servicemembers Civil Relief Act) and FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) requests.
• Complete escrow processing and related transactions.
• Support commercial loan servicing, participation servicing, escrow transactions, and specialty loan processing.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and established service-level agreements.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to resolve transaction issues and provide excellent service to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in commercial loan servicing.
• Knowledge of specialty loan types, including Swaps, Syndications, SBA Loans, and Participations preferred.
• Familiarity with escrow processing and regulatory loan maintenance requirements preferred.
