Sr. Loan Fulfillment Specialist

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Sr. Loan Fulfillment Specialist for a contract remote opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and track required documentation from clients to support commercial credit approvals.
• Review complex business and legal entity structures to confirm ownership, authorized signers, and guarantors.
• Ensure internal and external documentation is consistent with approved credit terms.
• Manage a pipeline of up to 15 commercial loans, overseeing due diligence, third-party service orders, and document preparation.
• Support the closing process by reviewing loan documents and coordinating requirements with clients, attorneys, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial loan closings, including due diligence and document review.
• Strong ability to analyze complex entity and ownership documentation.
• Proven track record managing multiple loans simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience reviewing attorney-prepared closing documents is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LaserPro in a commercial lending setting is strongly preferred.
