Technical Systems Analyst 

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Technical Systems Analyst for a contract opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive analysis for a defined portfolio of work within lending, treasury/commercial cards, payments, or digital platforms.
• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements and solution designs.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and vendors to ensure accurate implementation.
• Support platform conversion planning and execution, ensuring readiness.
• Participate in working sessions, design reviews, and conversion planning activities.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for assigned workstreams, ensuring alignment between functional needs and technical delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role in financial services.
• Strong ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience working with banking platforms and vendors.
• Comfortable owning complex workstreams independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across business and technology teams.
• Experience supporting large-scale system conversions or integrations strongly preferred.
