Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity with a financial services client.
Responsibilities:
- Provides direct internal and external customer service, interfacing with other departments to identify and resolve challenges to deliver quality customer service and or management information.
- Manages routine processes in respective department or assigned by management.
- Researches and obtains information for routine reports and special assignments.
- Compiles and analyzes basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, prepares charts, graphs, or tables as necessary.
- Investigates assigned problems using established company or department policies and practices to determine method of research, data and information requirements and analysis techniques.
- Prepares and proofreads letters, reports and other correspondence.
- Operates general office equipment such as personal computer, copier, calculator, fax or other office machines.
- Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review.
Qualifications:
- 2 or more years administrative experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong word-processing skills.
- Personal computer required.
