Support Specialist

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Support Specialist for a contract opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform asset setup in internal systems in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Process asset transfers between the organization and other financial institutions.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls.
  • Maintain documentation and records related to all transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve data discrepancies or transfer issues.
  • Provide administrative and operational support as needed within the department.
  • Uphold confidentiality and adhere to company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
