Support Specialist
Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Support Specialist for a contract opportunity with a financial services client.
Responsibilities:
- Perform asset setup in internal systems in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Process asset transfers between the organization and other financial institutions.
- Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls.
- Maintain documentation and records related to all transactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve data discrepancies or transfer issues.
- Provide administrative and operational support as needed within the department.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to company and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
