Treasury & Commercial Banking Business Analyst

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Treasury & Commercial Banking Business Analyst for a consultant opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

• Support Treasury and Commercial Banking integration initiatives for large-scale banking merger and conversion programs
• Partner with project managers and operations teams to support active integration workstreams
• Document and analyze functional and technical business requirements within the Treasury and Commercial Banking area.
• Support integration and conversion efforts related to PrecisionLender, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), check outsourcing, ACH processing, lockbox, biller services, wires, commercial deposits, and Extended Account Analysis (XAA)
• Support merger integration activities tied to system conversions, operational readiness, testing, data validation, cutover planning, and post-conversion stabilization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Banking, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services environments
• Demonstrated experience documenting business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, operational procedures, and integration impacts
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, SharePoint, or similar tools
• Atlanta, Columbus, Nashville, Charlotte preferred. Will consider other locations with the ability to be onsite periodically.
