Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Coordinator, Deposit Products for a direct hire opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with the product team to explore, define, and implement effective sales strategies that uncover opportunities to achieve business objectives.
  • Leads the coordination and delivery of reports designed for management insight and decision-making.
  • Develops and delivers training sessions on products and marketing campaigns, as needed, to support internal teams.
  • Oversees updates to internal documents such as pricing sheets, product comparison charts, and other related materials.
  • Tracks and reports on product performance and emerging trends using dashboards or other analytical tools; supports the creation of product presentations and handles administrative tasks, including identifying and resolving customer or system-related product issues.
  • Works collaboratively with key departments throughout the product lifecycle. This includes:
  • Marketing – assisting with the design and review of promotional content and marketing materials.
  • Sales Channels – supporting front-line teams in delivering and enhancing product offerings.
  • Digital Channels – enabling product access via mobile and online platforms.
  • Training – contributing to the development and maintenance of product training resources and job aids.
  • Operations – collaborating on the creation of back-office procedures and operational workflows.
  • Information Technology – ensuring appropriate technical infrastructure is in place for product delivery and support.
  • Leads select special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Director of Deposit and Product Management.
  • Supports the management and evaluation of assigned teams or staff, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
  • May be responsible for a range of supervisory tasks, including interviewing and onboarding new team members, assigning and monitoring work, conducting performance evaluations, recommending compensation adjustments, handling disciplinary matters, and resolving employee concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
