Quality Control Analyst

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Quality Control Analyst for a contract opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control reviews on a variety of loan types to ensure data accuracy in the core loan system
• Compare system codes and fields with original loan documentation to identify discrepancies or errors
• Document and report findings to appropriate teams for correction and resolution
• Support process improvements by identifying recurring issues and trends
• Collaborate with loan operations, compliance, and other internal departments to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain accurate records of review activities in accordance with internal guidelines and audit requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
• Prior banking or financial services experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
