Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Recruiter/Scheduler for a remote contract opportunity with a financial services client.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 30-minute phone interviews for entry level financial center or administrative roles, complete interview feedback forms and schedule best qualified candidates for an interview with the hiring manager(s).
- Schedule hiring manager interviews for other TA Advisors.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and iCIMS CRM for exempt, professional level roles to meet current hiring needs as well as build pipelines of talent for future needs.
Qualifications:
- MS Office, strong communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year of previous interviewing experience for customer facing roles with phone interview experience preferred.
- Experience scheduling interviews or meetings for others.
- Experience with sourcing required and preferably experience sourcing within LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience using a talent acquisition platform required and preferably with iCIMS.
