Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Jira Analyst for a consultant opportunity with a financial services client.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Jira workflows, statuses, and ticket structures.
- Maintain backlog integrity, ticket hygiene, and consistent field and hierarchy use cross-functionally.
- Build and manage dashboards, timelines, and reports to provide clear delivery visibility.
- Monitor dependencies, risks, and project status to support planning and execution.
- Support users with ticket creation, updates, and adherence to standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience utilizing Jira reporting and custom configurations within a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, project delivery processes, and backlog management.
- Ability to analyze project data and communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams within banking, financial services, or related field preferred.
