Product Manager
Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Product Manager for a consultant opportunity with a financial services client.
Responsibilities:
- Support digital commercial banking products including Wire Origination and ACH, Business Bill Pay, Positive Pay, Zelle, Reporting, and internal team member tools for onboarding, maintenance, and servicing.
- Partner with Product Managers to ensure product strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Develop and maintain digital product roadmaps, communicate enhancements to stakeholders, and collaborate with development teams to deliver strategic product initiatives.
- Manage products across all lifecycle phases.
- Define, plan, and execute initiatives across multiple product and software engineering teams.
- Develop product business cases using research, industry knowledge, and financial analysis.
- Effectively communicate product vision and value to stakeholders.
- Advocate for the end-user experience and promote best-in-class digital design practices. Champion end-user experience and integrate front-end design.
- Partner with Release Management teams to support release documentation and internal training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; minimum 5 years of financial services, banking, or fintech experience.
- Deep knowledge and experience with Q2 digital technology.
- Experience with Agile, including all product lifecycle phases.
- Self-starter with strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate cross functionally to deliver results.
- Excellent data analysis and communication skills.
